Dear Valued Patient,

In light of the Governor’s “stay home, work safe” order currently in place for the State of Maryland to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to send an update on how this affects our practice. The Center for Facial Recovery is exempt from this order as an Essential Service and our practices is open to serve you.

We have implemented new screening measures and safety precautions at our Center in order to protect the health and safety or our patients, staff and community.

If your answer to any of the four questions below is “yes” or if you have any reason to believe you are sick, we kindly ask that you not come to the Center and reschedule your appointment after all health issues are resolved:

  • Have you or anyone in your household had a fever within the past 14 days?
  • Have you or anyone in the household experienced a recent onset of respiratory problems, such as cough or shortness of breath within the past 14 days?
  • Has anyone in your family traveled to a foreign country in the past 14 days?
  • Have you or any member of your family come into contact with a person with confirmed COVID-19 infection within the past 14 days?

We request that you wear a facemask to your appointment. Upon arrival, a member of our team will perform a pre-treatment Covid 19 screening. Our team will be wearing N-95 masks, gowns and gloves throughout your visit.

Please note that unless a patient needs assistance, guests or family members will not be allowed in our Center in an effort to minimize person-to-person contact.  In addition, our scheduling has changed so that only two patients will be in our Center at one time, with each patient being cared for in separate rooms during their entire visit. Patients will come at different times so as to avoid being close at check in, and all patients will continue to receive their normal one- hour 1-1 appointment.  There will be a 15-minute break between each patient visit to allow time for us to clean and disinfect for everyone’s protection.

Your health and safety comes first!  Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Sincerely and with gratitude,
Carl, Gincy, Jodi, Luis and Nya
